steps:-
1) download utorrent (open source software)
2) install utorrent
3) download torrent file i.e. jst click on the link mentione on dis forum .
4) double click on torrent file.
5) enjoy downloading.

important info:-

it is importannt to be sure of what u r downloading coz many a times torrents are fake and dey made u beleive dat u r downloading dat file bt all u download is crap....
while u download at d same time u also upload dat file dis is too keep torrent healthy so dat more n more ppl can download it without any prob . dis uploading is calld seeding
utorrent automatically by default start downloading as soon as u start ur sytem from d point wn u switch off ur system ...
it is not necessaery to download the file in one go
download depending on ur comfort ...
